The area is within the Super Perelik Project Investment region, which will transform this area over the next few years into a major European ski resort.

This regulated plot is particularly attractive to investors as the land is strategically placed within the Super Perelik Project Investment Region, where 255 million euros will be invested to expand upon the existing natural terrain linking the five main villages Smolyan, Chepalare, Gela, Stoikite, Shiroka Luka, with a Skiing related infrastructure where new Ski runs and transportation will be woven between the Rhodopean Peaks.
