The other huge benefit is the proposal to rebuild and repair the road from Plovdiv to the Aegean Sea making Stoikites proximity to the Greek Coast less than 1.5 hours away (90km): close enough for a day or two relaxing in the Greek Sunshine.


The land shown lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty and one of gradual expansion, mainly due to the local Municipalities desire to keep the rate of development under control.


The site is on a natural gentle gradient creating an automatic terrace, saving much groundwork, several designs have been proffered varying from a combination of Apartments and Villas, or a Hotel and Villas, or a Health / Ski Centre, the potential is endless. There are already other newly built Hotels in the area, bringing a wealth of facilities for all to enjoy.


This picturesque area of the Rhodopes is considered to be even more attractive than Pamporovo itself.
