We are required to send your information to the hotel in to which you are booked so that they know who you are and when they are to expect you. We give your name, your nationality, your gender (or the gender of the group you are in), your phone number, your email address, your credit card details and of course, the details of your booking. They require this information to accept a confirmed booking from you. All hotels we book rooms for have agreed to our terms and conditions and accept this privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

If you book travel through us, the information that you provide us with will be shared with third party tour operators and any other involved third party to the extent necessary to successfully fulfil your travel arrangements. We will only show this information to book your travelling arrangements with us and only with the tour operator or other service provider that is responsible for fulfilment of your travel. We are not responsible for such third parties usage of any information provided to them.
