For us to process a booking for you, we require some information from you. This includes your name, nationality, your gender (or the gender of the group you are in), your phone number and email address. Also, since we confirm your booking, we require your credit or debit card details so we can guarantee your accommodation when you pay your deposit.

If you purchase a product or service from Bulgarian Investment Properties, you will be asked to provide an address, phone number, and a credit card number. Bulgarian Investment Properties collects credit card information only to complete a purchase transaction. Your credit card will not be charged or shared with any partners.

We are required to send your information to the hotel in to which you are booked so that they know who you are and when they are to expect you. We give your name, your nationality, your gender (or the gender of the group you are in), your phone number, your email address, your credit card details and of course, the details of your booking. They require this information to accept a confirmed booking from you. All hotels we book rooms for have agreed to our terms and conditions and accept this privacy policy.

Bulgarian Investment Properties does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

If you book travel through us, the information that you provide us with will be shared with third party tour operators and any other involved third party to the extent necessary to successfully fulfill your travel arrangements. We will only show this information to book your traveling arrangements with us and only with the tour operator or other service provider that is responsible for fulfillment of your travel. We are not responsible for such third parties usage of any information provided to them.

As part of offering you a valuable service, Bulgarian Investment Properties uses cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie is set when you browse our site.
