The other huge benefit is the proposal to rebuild and repair the road from Plovdiv to the Aegean Sea making Stoikite’s proximity to the Greek Coast less than 1.5 hours away (90km): close enough for a day or two relaxing in the Greek Sunshine.
The land shown lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty and one of gradual expansion, mainly due to the local Municipalities desire to keep the rate of development under control.
The new road access to the complex has been drawn up and agreed with the Municipality, the Geographical survey has been completed including bore holes; Application for water and electricity supply have been applied for.
The site is on a natural gradient creating an automatic terrace, saving much groundwork, several designs have been proffered varying from a combination of Apartments and Villas, or a Hotel and Villas, or a Health / Ski Centre, the potential is endless. This picturesque area of the Rhodopes is considered to be even more attractive than Pamporovo itself.
